EMS Control

Built on inverter capabilities, the Solinteg OpenAPI provides the following two control modes for different EMS control scenarios.

ToU Mode

Short for "Time of Use". The inverter accepts work plans for today/tomorrow and executes different sub working modes in different time periods according to the plan delivered in advance. Depending on the model and firmware version, inverters support hourly and 15-minute granularity control.

EMS Mode

Includes two working modes: EMS AC Control & EMS Battery Control. It is a real-time control mode that Solinteg inverters provide for third-party EMS platforms. Through this mode, a third-party EMS platform can directly control the inverter's power output. This mode has high requirements on network stability.

The control frequency is recommended to be once every 5~10 s. High-frequency control will accelerate chip wear on the hardware. Users need to weigh this themselves.
