EV Charge - Set scheduled charging time groups

Set the charger's scheduled charging time group 1 and time group 2.

Each request must contain exactly one entry for time group 1 and one for time group 2. An enabled group must provide the complete start time, end time, and charge mode; a disabled group may omit these three fields, but if any is provided, all three must be provided. Times are interpreted in the device's current timezone; an end time earlier than the start time means crossing midnight; the start and end times cannot be the same; the two time groups cannot overlap.

Setting time groups does not switch the current charge mode. When scheduled execution is needed, use Set Charge Mode to set chargeMode to SCHEDULE.

Returns error.47311 if the caller has device authorization but the target inverter has no charger attached. Once the command is accepted, a recordId is returned; the device execution result can be retrieved via Query Asynchronous Control Result.
