Send device configuration

Asynchronously send parameters to the device, used to configure device environment variables such as working mode settings, power limit parameter settings, and other functions

This is an asynchronous operation. The returned body field is a task ID that can be used to query the task status later

Rate limit: 5 requests per 10s (this limit applies to a single device; frequent writes to a device will shorten its chip lifespan. Do not send meaningless configurations, such as repeatedly sending the same parameters)
