EV Charge - Query scheduled charging time groups

/wrapper/evCharge/scheduleTimeGroups

Query the charger's currently saved scheduled time group 1 and time group 2.

The request uses the deviceSn of the inverter the charger is attached to. The returned array always contains two groups, sorted in ascending order of timeGroupId. Disabled groups also return the device's currently saved time and charge mode, for display or re-enabling purposes.

Returns error.47311 if the caller has device authorization but the target inverter has no charger attached.
